When is the right time to buy a web (website) or mobile application?

Timing is everything. Any web (website) or mobile application goes through the cycle of idea, concept, development, prototype, launch, and finally innovate, which is equivalent to our idea phase in the cycle, and then cycle starts over.

The time at which you decide to buy a web (website) or mobile application can determine how much debt and / or profit you acquire.

The best time to buy a web (website) or mobile application is when the least development is needed, there is traction, but not significant traction for that particular market. Buying a web (website) or mobile application is all about recognizing potential before it's been recognized. Usually once potential has been recognized your profit margin starts to dwindle.

There is a fine line between potential and a lost.

A web (website) or mobile application either makes you money or cost you money, it's that simple. There are no gray areas about whether your web (website) or mobile application had attainable potential or whether you took a loss, but there is a gray area when determining what phase of the cycle that potential was recognize at or when you took a loss. Take note, you will see time and time again the development and prototype phases are most costly.

The best time to buy a web (website) or mobile application to receive your highest return is during the prototype, launch and sometimes even innovate phases. That is because during those phases you are also able to create a revenue stream to support maintenance, expansion, and innovation. Innovation and expansion are the phases in which you experience profit, which is another reason to try and buy around those phases.
